Join us for the Virtual Writing Retreat: Mindfulness as a Writing Tool in June 2025. This 3-hour retreat will provide University of Arizona community members with an opportunity to think about, discuss, explore, and practice mindfulness exercises to help manage stressors that may impact writing practices. We'll identify stressors that often impact writers in their professional roles and mindfulness activities that can be used at work and home to help reduce them.
